These Terms and Conditions form the basis of your contract with Touchdown Travels Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”), a licensed Irish tour operator/travel agent. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms on behalf of all persons named in the booking
This is a package holiday under the European Union (Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements) Regulations 2019 (Ireland)
A booking is made when we receive your completed booking form and deposit. We will issue a confirmation invoice.
The lead booker must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these terms for the group.
Full details (names, dates of birth, Address) must be provided accurately at booking or as requested. Changes may incur fees.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
Payments by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or as agreed. Late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Prices are based on costs at the time of quoting and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier increases.
We will notify you of significant increases before balance due date. You may cancel without penalty if the increase exceeds 8% or as per regulations.
Minor changes (e.g., flight times, hotel name) may occur. We will inform you as soon as possible.
You may cancel in writing. Cancellation fees apply (per person):
More than [90] days before departure: Deposit only.
Less than 30 days or no-show: 100%.
NFL game tickets and certain event elements are often non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
Name changes or minor amendments: Administration fee of up to €50 per person plus any supplier costs. Major changes treated as cancellation and rebooking.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason.
We may cancel or alter the tour due to insufficient numbers, force majeure (e.g., war, natural disaster, pandemics, airline strikes, NFL schedule changes), or unavoidable circumstances.
If we cancel for reasons other than force majeure before departure, you receive a full refund or alternative package of equivalent value. No compensation for minor changes.
In case of significant changes, you may accept, cancel with full refund, or take an alternative.
You are responsible for a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date recommended) and any required visas/ESTA.

We are not liable if you cannot travel due to invalid documents. Any costs incurred are your responsibility.
You must comply with all US entry requirements, including customs and health declarations.
Comprehensive travel insurance is advised, It must should cover cancellation, medical emergencies (including repatriation), personal liability, baggage, and sports/event-related disruptions.
Provide policy details on request if needed. We are not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.
Accommodation is based on twin/double rooms unless specified. Single supplements apply.
Flights are subject to airline terms. We are not liable for airline delays/cancellations beyond our control (though EU261 rights may apply for flights departing from EU).
Itineraries are indicative and subject to change (e.g., due to NFL rescheduling, weather, traffic). NFL game dates/times can change; we will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives where possible.
Ground transport, tours, and activities are subject to operator conditions.
Tickets are issued subject to NFL, team, and stadium terms (e.g., no re-sale, entry conditions, bag policies, code of conduct).
We act as an agent for ticket procurement. Face value or premium pricing applies; no guarantees on exact seat locations unless specified.
No refunds for tickets if you cannot attend or if games are postponed/rescheduled, except as provided by the ticket issuer.
You agree to comply with all venue rules; ejection or denial of entry is at venue discretion with no refund from us.
You are responsible for your fitness to travel and must inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities at booking (reasonable adjustments may be possible).
Follow all health advice (vaccinations, etc.) and local laws.
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund. You are liable for any damage caused.
We are liable for the proper performance of the package services under the Package Travel Regulations.
Our liability is limited as per international conventions (e.g., Warsaw/Montreal for air, Athens for sea) and Irish law.
We are not liable for:
Report issues locally to our representative/supplier immediately for resolution.
If unresolved, notify us in writing within 28 days of return. We will investigate per regulatory requirements.
Disputes may be referred to the Commission for Aviation Regulation or courts.

These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
These terms may be updated; the version at confirmation applies.
Severability: If any clause is invalid, others remain in effect.
We hold necessary licences and bonds for your protection in the event of our insolvency.
